About this role
Our mission, at Crest Nursing Home, is to improve the lives of the residents we serve. We believe in Dignity, Integrity, Service, Compassion, and Respect. We are seeking Full Time RN or LPN to join our team of exceptional and motivated caregivers for night shift. 9:45pm-6:15am. We are looking for individuals that want to make a difference in the lives of those around them, want to be challenged and rewarded.
Requirements
Must be a graduate in good standing from an accredited nursing program; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Licensed LPN or LPN. Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served. Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept. Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents. Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition to nurse or supervisor. Must be CPR certified.
