About this role
Provide direct nursing care in the Intensive Care Unit at Ascension St. Vincent Kokomo. Implement and monitor patient care plans, monitor and communicate patient condition, serve as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, carry out physician and nursing orders, and assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
