About this role

Registered Nurse (Part-Time Care Coordinator) at 2nd Family. Remote work from home with scheduled in-home assessments. Act as primary point of contact for client/family for nursing-related questions and concerns. Conduct initial consultations and 90-day reassessments including nursing assessment and care plan. Communicate with and supervise CNA/GNA caregivers. Manage care process, instruct caregivers, solve problems, provide coaching and training, and support clients and caregivers emotionally and strategically.

Compensation

$25 per hour, $100 per case bi-weekly, $50 per in-person assessment for travel.
