About this role

Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering compassionate patient care, contributing to assessments, care planning, and evaluations.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics; coordinate with interdisciplinary teams; educate patients and families; evaluate intervention effectiveness; participate in unit-based decision-making; mentor new staff and students; and ensure safety and compliance with policies.
