*Monday - Friday Night Shifts needed / Weekend Shifts also needed. * *Sunshine PDN *is seeking a compassionate and dependable *Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) &* *Registered Nurses (RNs) *specializing in Private Duty Nursing (PDN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home setting. We are looking for nurses who value consistency, meaningful patient relationships, and a supportive team environment.
This position offers a rewarding alternative for nurses who enjoy meaningful one-on-one care and consistent patient assignments in a home setting.

Responsibilities
*
- Provide skilled nursing care in a patient's home
- Perform assessments and follow plan of care
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor and document patient status
- Provide internal feeding management including G-Tube, GJ-Tube, and G-Button care (as applicable)
- Provide Central line, PICC line, and TPN management (as applicable per case)
- Provide Trach/Vent care (for high-tech case
