The Clinic Operations department oversees projects designed to ensure that clinic operations move smoothly. In collaboration with clinic management and staff, the Clinic Operations team identifies, organizes, initiates and implements process improvement initiatives that increase each clinic’s capacity to provide the highest level of care to our patients. Individuals on this particular team are business minded, forward thinking, efficient and analytical, with a predisposition to working collaboratively towards strengthening the mission of Hawai‘i Pacific Health.
As a Registered Nurse Clinic Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to provide compassionate patient care at Straub by coordinating day-to-day operations of patient care activities and personnel of the Occupational Health department in addition to performing the functions and duties of an RN. We are looking for someone qualified and sensitive, with strong patient care and communication skills, willingness to work in a team-oriented atmosphere and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.
