Overview
As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing personal care assistance, meal preparation, companionship, and emotional support to our clients.
Key
Responsibilities
Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene support Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of assistive devices Support with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed, while following any dietary restrictions Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness Collaborate with our team to ensure the highest standard of care for our clients and contribute to their overall well-being
Qualifications
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Experience in personal care assistance or a relevant field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving
- Ability to follow dietary restrictions and meal plans
- Reliable, responsible, and committed to making a difference in the lives of others
Bonus If You
- Hold relevant certifications in caregiving or healthcare
- Speak multiple languages, particularly Spanish
- Have experience working with seniors or individuals with specific health conditions
Employment Type & Availability
This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time and may include weekends. Shifts are available Monday through Sunday.
Location
This position is on-site only, and we are looking for candidates in Santa Rosa and the surrounding areas, including Sebastopol, Petaluma, Windsor, Healdsburg, Cloverdale, Sonoma, and Central Sonoma and Marin County.
