About this role
Working under the direction of nursing leadership, the Nurse Educator oversees the development, implementation, and sustainment of comprehensive training programs designed to elevate the competencies of clinical caregivers within Providence Medical Group (PMG). This role prioritizes the application of educational theory and change-management methods to enhance clinical development to improve staff proficiency, reinforcing both safe practices and favorable patient results. This position engages in cooperative efforts with operational managers, cross-disciplinary team members, and clinical training personnel—including clinical educators, specialists in professional development, and clinical nurse experts—to establish educational initiatives and programs that align with collective goals and promote the highest standards of clinical/nursing practice.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. And
Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License. Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
5 years Nursing experience.
3 years Ambulatory care nursing experience
Preferred
qualifications
Master's Degree in Nursing, Education, Healthcare Administration , or related field.
3 years Experience in adult education and adult learning theories
3 years Experience in program development and evaluation
