About this role
Careview Health and Rehab of Minocqua is seeking a skilled and compassionate Wound Care Nurse to lead wound management in our skilled nursing facility. This role is essential in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through expert assessment, treatment, and prevention strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in wound care management and demonstrate exceptional clinical skills. The Wound Care Nurse will also be providing specialized care to patients with complex wounds, ensuring optimal healing and recovery through evidence-based practices. The hourly rate for this position starts at $40/hr. and increases based on experience.

Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- Wound care experience preferred (skilled nursing or long-term care strongly preferred)
- Certification in wound care (e.g., CWCN or CWS) is a plus but not required
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
