Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced PRN to join our team. The PRN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with mental health conditions in an inpatient or outpatient setting. This role requires a dedicated professional who can assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with diverse psychiatric needs.

Requirements
- Current and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of [1-2] years of experience in psychiatric or mental health nursing preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (as required)
- Strong knowledge of psychiatric medications, behavioral health assessments, and crisis management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
