The primary purpose is overseeing nursing operations during weekend shifts, ensuring and providing quality resident care, compliance with regulatory standards, and providing leadership to staff. Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor

  • Current RN license is in good standing.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in long-term care.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of infection control protocols and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
