About this role
Director of Nursing position at Peaceful Pines Senior Living in Mitchell, South Dakota. Lead and oversee nursing services across Assisted Living and Memory Care. Ensure safe, ethical, person-centered care. Guide assessments, care planning, medication management, and clinical oversight. Lead, coach, mentor, and support nursing staff. Maintain compliance with state, federal, and local regulations. Oversee infection prevention, quality assurance, and risk management initiatives. Provide 24/7 clinical oversight and participate in on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Passion for resident-centered care and team development
- Current TB test
- Nursing leadership experience in Assisted Living (preferred)
- Memory Care experience (preferred)
