About this role
The Registered Nurse (RN) is primarily responsible for providing direct, quality clinical care and serves as a Team Leader to patient care staff. Key responsibilities include leading a team of direct care providers, utilizing the nursing process in delivering patient care, visiting residents on assigned unit daily to observe and evaluate physical and emotional status, identifying resident problems and emergency situations, and performing administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
