About this role
Presidential Care Home Health is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide 1-on-1 pediatric private duty nursing care in the comfort of the patient’s home.

- *Base Pay:* $27.00/hour
- *Pay including Overtime:* *$29.25/hour* (based on applicable overtime hours)

What You’ll Do
- Provide individualized, 1-on-1 nursing care to a pediatric patient in the home setting
- Follow the patient’s individualized plan of care and physician orders
- Monitor and document the patient’s condition and response to care
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the appropriate members of the care team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a home environment
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted California LVN license
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience required
- Pediatric experience is not required
- Additional paid training will be provided for qualified candidates
- Current CPR certification required
- Reliable transportation and ability to work scheduled weekend shifts
Pediatric nursing experience is a plus, but not required. We welcome experienced LVNs from a variety of clinical backgrounds, including hospital, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, and outpatient settings.
