About this role
The Supervisor Transplant RN is responsible for assisting the Manager of Clinic Operations in providing overall leadership and direction for the unit and for creating an environment that fosters a multidisciplinary team and collaborative approach to care that achieves operational and clinical "Best Practice". Participates with the Manager in overseeing all aspects of the care delivery system and works organizationally to improve service. Directs the professional nursing care for patients in the assigned area.
Responsible for leading, coaching, mentoring and modeling service excellence behaviors to nurses and staff. Involved in all phases of the transplant process, while continuing to actively work in a phase of care for transplant patients.

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 2 years of recent experience in related clinical area of nursing with demonstrated clinical knowledge and leadership qualities
- 2 years of recent experience in transplant organization
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator - CCTC (preferred)
