Guiding Light Hospice is seeking an experienced *Hospice RN Leader – Patient Clinical Manager* to oversee daily clinical operations and ensure consistency, structure, and excellence across our interdisciplinary team.

This is an operations-focused leadership role. We are looking for a nurse leader who can bring organization to clinical workflows, maintain regulatory standards, and ensure the team is aligned, supported, and performing at a high level.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure smooth care delivery across the team
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and productivity to meet patient needs
  • Monitor documentation, compliance, and timeliness of clinical records
  • Participate in and guide IDT meetings to ensure coordinated care
  • Support survey readiness and adherence to hospice regulations
