Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive preoperative evaluations
Develop and implement patient-specific anesthesia plans
Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
Manage airway and perioperative patient needs
Monitor patients and respond to changes in clinical condition
Support postoperative recovery and pain management
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, physicians, and procedural staff
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
Participate in quality and patient-safety initiatives
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program
Current NBCRNA certification or eligibility
Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
PALS certification when required
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to work effectively within a rural healthcare environment
Experienced CRNAs and new graduates are welcome to apply
Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary: $360,000–$400,000
