About this role
RNs work closely with psychiatric providers on clinical and non-clinical day; conducting nursing assessments, administering long-acting injectable medications, coordinating care between mental and physical health providers, and supporting medication management. RNs work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the full spectrum of care is delivered. Our Registered Nurses enjoy a rewarding outpatient behavioral health role that offers an exceptional work-life balance with Monday–Friday clinic hours (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.).

These needs are met through the formulation and management of individualized services plans.
This position requires timely and complete documentation, good organizational and time management skills, flexibility, and independence in carrying out responsibilities.
Qualifications
Successful completion of a Nursing Program and licensure in the State of Michigan as a Registered Nurse. Preference will be given toward BSN degree. One year of experience working with persons with mental illness, computer skills applicable to clinical documentation and outcome measurement activities and a valid Michigan driver’s license are required.
