We are currently seeking experienced and mission-driven Psych Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a state-supported residential care setting.

  • $45/hr (weekend shifts)
  • Weekly pay
  • 6-month contract (extension possible)

  • 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
  • 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
  • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Alternating schedule with every other weekend off

Terrell, TX

Provides nursing care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential care setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide routine and emergency nursing care
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor vital signs, health status, and patient conditions
  • Document care accurately and timely
  • Assist RNs, physicians, and medical staff with patient care
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols
  • Respond to emergency situations as needed

Requirements

  • Active LVN license in Texas (or compact state)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Previous nursing experience required
  • Strong knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
