About this role
Home Health Registered Nurse (RN). Serving Dorchester, Charleston, and Berkeley Counties. Interim Healthcare is seeking a dynamic home health registered nurse to join their team. Responsibilities include ongoing interdisciplinary assessment of patients, initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments, development and evaluation of plan of care, providing physician-ordered services, counseling and educating patients and families, initiating preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures, monitoring outcomes, supervising paraprofessional staff, and participating in QAPI program.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current RN License in SC or compact license
- New graduates are welcome
- 2 years' experience as a nurse with 1 year of experience in home health, preferred
- Proficient computer skills and workplace software knowledge
- Work with people, function well under stress, use clinical judgment, be creative and accept challenges
- Able to effectively deal with multiple changes based on patient needs and scheduling
- Clinical proficiency in nursing, strong communication skills, and compassion
- CPR Certification
