Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (subject to change based on business needs) RHA Health Services is seeking a driven, resourceful, and compassionate Corporate Quality Assurance Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide clinical quality oversight across service locations by monitoring healthcare practices, evaluating regulatory compliance, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and promoting excellence in service delivery. This position plays a key role in ensuring individuals receive safe, person-centered, and high-quality care while supporting compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations. Essential Responsibilities Conduct clinical quality assurance audits across service locations. Evaluate compliance with company policies and applicable state and federal regulations. Prepare audit reports and communicate findings and corrective actions to leadership. Monitor Quality Improvement Plans and support QAPI activities. Review medical records, medication management, infection control, and other clinical practices. Conduct medication room and medication storage assessments. Perform nursing assessments and identify opportunities to improve health outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, pharmacies, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Develop and deliver clinical training and educational resources for staff. Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements. Support departments in implementing quality improvement initiatives. Serve as a clinical resource on nursing standards, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement. Travel to assigned service locations throughout the Eastern Region of Tennessee as needed. Qualifications Education Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Experience Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care, skilled nursing, developmental disabilities, behavioral health, or other healthcare settings. Experience with quality assurance, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, survey readiness, or accreditation processes preferred. Experience providing education and training to healthcare staff is highly desirable. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong knowledge of nursing practice standards, healthcare regulations, and quality improvement principles. Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings professionally. Ability to analyze clinical data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams. Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office applications.
