PRN day shift RN position (7a-7p) in the LCH 5 Observation unit (16 beds) caring for a mixed population of observation and short stay inpatients, mostly surgical or procedural pediatric patients staying 48-72 hours. Includes post-surgical diagnoses such as appendectomy, cleft lip/palate repair, cardiac catheterization, and biopsies, as well as children requiring special testing (FPIES studies, fasting glucose testing, water deprivation studies). Weekend and holiday requirements apply.
