We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic RN Injector to join our founding team.

This is an exciting opportunity to help build a premier aesthetics practice from the ground up while working alongside a leadership team committed to growth, education, and excellence.

Flexible scheduling is available for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

  • Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
  • Conduct patient consultations and customized treatment planning
  • Perform RF microneedling treatments
  • Perform laser treatments including IPL, skin rejuvenation, and laser hair removal
  • Educate patients on treatment options, skincare recommendations, and treatment maintenance
  • Build and maintain long-term patient relationships
  • Support membership growth and patient retention initiatives
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records

Qualifications

  • Active Connecticut RN License
  • Previous aesthetic injecting experience preferred
  • Experience with RF microneedling and laser devices strongly preferred
  • Strong consultation and communication skills
  • Professional, positive, and patient-focused demeanor
  • Passion for aesthetics and continued learning

Pay: $43.41 - $52.28 per hour

Experience

  • Dermal fillers: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Microneedling: 2 years (Preferred)
  • IPL: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Esthetic laser treatment: 2 years (Preferred)

License/

Certification

  • RN License (Preferred)

  • Night Shift (Preferred)
