About this role
Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join healthcare team at an ASC facility specializing in Ophthalmology cases. Work days: Tue & Wed, 7am start guaranteed 5hrs, 10 hrs/wk or 520 hr/yr. Duties include assisting CRNA with patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, assisting with diagnostic evaluations, educating patients and families on surgical post-op care and discharge, maintaining accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Critical care, PACU or emergency medicine experience, proficiency in IV lines, current FL license, ACLS and BLS certification, Pre-Op and Post-Op experience, OR and PACU experience, IV insertion, patient and family education.
