About the employer
On the one posting on record, the pay is $70 an hour—same minimum, median, and maximum. Past that rate and the White Plains base, the public picture is thin: no scheduling rules, float policy, ratios, residency, or tuition support show…
On your path
Home Health is a specialty you move into. Agencies want acute time first, then train the home-specific work.
Worth asking
The posting doesn’t answer these. Good ones to ask a recruiter or in the interview.
- Can you walk me through base pay range and differentials?
- What should I expect for shifts, weekly hours, weekend, holiday, call, and rotation?
- What orientation, preceptor time, and ongoing unit support are included?
- How are floating and staffing support handled day to day?
