Overview
Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use. - Develops and documents individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team and patients/families.

- Maintains safety standards and adheres to regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications:
Valid RN license.
