Responsibilities
Ensure compliance among nurses, CNAs, and medical staff. Initiate and engage in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings. Address triggered indicators within the Care Plan. Collaborate with caregivers and other disciplines. Prepare Quality Measure/Quality Indicator reports. Implement educational plans to adapt to changing needs. Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering growth.

Requirements
- RN
- Georgia RN license
- Hold an active Georgia RN license
- Have nursing home or long-term care experience
