Department: 38799 Carolinas Medical Center - LCH: Clinic: Oncology. Full time, 40 hours per week, weekdays. Major responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care; monitoring patient conditions; administering medications and treatments; maintaining EHR documentation; collaborating with interdisciplinary teams; and upholding a culture of safety. Provides high-quality, patient-centered care through evidence-based practice in an ambulatory care setting.
Requirements
Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Active registered nurse (RN) multi-state compact and/or single-state license
1 year of experience in clinical nursing
Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) - preferred
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
Time management, prioritization and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
