About this role
The Registered Nurse is responsible for coordinating and providing care to patients within the scope of practice. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient status, plan of care, goal achievement, and input into process improvement. This position will assist with offsite home visits for patients interested in the concierge health program as needed.
Oncology/chemotherapy experience required. Essential functions include IV insertions, Port and PICC access, phlebotomy, patient assessments, multidisciplinary care planning, patient education, medication safety verification, patient advocacy, documentation, infusion administration, and monitoring of lab values.
