Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments

Review patient histories and diagnostic information

Develop individualized anesthesia plans

Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care

Manage patients throughout outpatient surgical procedures

Monitor physiological responses and intervene appropriately

Support postoperative recovery and discharge readiness

Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and procedural teams

Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation

Follow applicable regulatory and patient-safety standards

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program

Current NBCRNA certification

Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility

Current BLS and ACLS certifications

PALS certification when required

Outpatient or ambulatory anesthesia experience preferred

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
