We are seeking an experienced *Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)* for a 13-week travel assignment in Lawton, Oklahoma. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled Med Surg nurse looking to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care hospital setting while enjoying a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult Medical Surgical patients
  • Perform patient assessments and identify changes in patient condition
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
  • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge planning

Requirements

  • Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact RN License
  • *BLS Certification (AHA) – Required*
  • *NIH Certification – Required*
  • Minimum *2 years of recent Medical Surgical RN experience*
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills

Travel Requirements

  • Candidate *must live at least 50 miles from the facility* to qualify for this travel assignment.
