Assistant Nurse Manager Labor & Delivery - Sign On Bonus! Clovis, California. As an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) in the Labor & Delivery department, you'll join a close-knit team within a 16-bed unit known for its welcoming and supportive environment. You'll build on the clinical expertise and leadership skills you developed at the bedside to guide and support a dedicated team that provides exceptional, family-centered care. You'll coordinate patient care, foster professional growth, and help drive quality, safety, and performance initiatives that enhance outcomes for patients and staff alike.
Requirements
- Current State of California Registered Nurse license required
- Graduate of approved nursing program required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association required
