As an RN Float, you are vital in healthcare, coordinating patient care based on our nursing model. You assess patients, plan personalized care, and evaluate responses to health issues. Requirements
RN License
BLS Certification (or obtain within 30 days of starting)
2 years of experience in nursing
Graduated from an accredited program in nursing or have two years of relevant work experience
Main area of study should be nursing
Computer literacy
Effective communication skills (spoken and written)
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
