About this role

Option Care Health is seeking a Home Infusion Nurse to initiate, develop, and implement nursing plan of care treatments, evaluate patient progress, administer medications, and educate patients and families/caregivers in a home infusion setting. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, providing training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I's, coordinating discharge planning, inserting PICC/Midlines, troubleshooting obstructed central line catheters, and participating in on-call responsibilities.
