Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure excellent resident outcomes

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Promote resident comfort, dignity, and well-being

Qualifications

RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Current Ohio nursing license in good standing

Strong clinical and communication skills

Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
