Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our women’s health team. This role supports the physician in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and committed to providing excellent clinical and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive patient experience.
You will play a key role in patient care management, clinical assistance, and coordination of office workflows, with an emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and compassionate care.

- Interview patients, obtain vital signs, and document medical histories
- Assist the physician during examinations and procedures
- Administer medications and perform approved clinical treatments
- Obtain specimens, prepare them for laboratory pickup, and follow sterile technique
- Review, document, and communicate test results to patients as directed
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in the EMR/EHR system
- Prepare, clean, and stock treatment rooms and medical instruments
- Produce and distribute correspondence, including letters, forms, and faxes
- Follow up with patients regarding medication adherence and care instructions
- Perform other duties as assigned by the provider
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RN license in good standing
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems
- Ability to perform sterile procedures, including specimen collection and aseptic technique
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced clinical environment
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
