Affinity Hospice Management operates and affiliates as Continuum Care Hospice and Affinity Health Management, and the work is palliative nursing, symptom management, and case management for an assigned caseload when your Clinical Supervisor puts you in that seat. Scheduling on the board includes weekend RN (Saturday and Sunday), on-call after hours on a 7 on / 7 off pattern, and per diem hospice RN. On-call means you cover the full census nights, weekends, and holidays—urgent assessments, pain and symptom management, after-hours admissions, and coordinating DME and meds. Charting is in HCHB.
