Starting pay is listed at $34.00/hour for LPNs and $44.00/hour for RNs in Skilled Nursing, with shift differentials available for evening and night work though the exact amounts are not posted. On a night shift you still complete 24-hour chart checks, and the role asks you to coordinate resident care with the right people when leadership is needed. PTO begins accruing on day one. Full-time adds medical with HSA/FSA options, employer-paid life, and company-paid short-term disability.
