Du Quoin Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team.
Whether you're looking for a full-time day position or a part-time night opportunity, you'll find a supportive environment where your experience is valued and your work makes a meaningful difference for our residents.
Positions Available Full-Time Day Shift
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
12-hour shifts
Every other weekend required
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus, paid monthly over one year
Part-Time Night Shift
6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
12-hour shifts
Every other weekend required
Compensation
Registered Nurse (RN): $32.00–$34.00/hour Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $28.00–$30.00/hour
Pay is based on verified nursing
experience
RN starting rate: $32.00/hour LPN starting rate: $28.00/hour
Additional $0.10/hour for each year of verified nursing experience
Up to 20 years of experience
Maximum rate: RN $34.00/hour | LPN $30.00/hour

What You'll Do
Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents and promptly communicate changes in condition
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants
Follow applicable state, federal, and facility standards
Help maintain a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment
Qualifications
Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills
Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team
Compassionate and committed to providing excellent resident care
Must meet all pre-employment requirements
