About this role
Functions as a triage nurse for colorectal surgery and vascular procedure nurse at Brown Surgical Associates. Reports to the Nurse Manager. Collaborates with surgeons, advanced practice practitioners, managers, supervisors, clinical and secretarial staff to facilitate patient-centered care. Provides direct patient care, patient triage, assessment, planning, directing, evaluating, and education of a patient's specific surgical procedure care plan. Provides direct patient care in the vascular procedure suite under the direction and supervision of the surgeon.
