About this role
Presbyterian Kaseman Hospital is hiring a skilled Emergency Room (ER) Nurse to provide direct patient care to an assigned group of ED patients in a fast-paced environment and work alongside a team of dedicated healthcare professionals and make a difference in critical moments. New graduates and experienced RNs welcome. New graduates can participate in a mandatory residency program with monthly seminars, peer-to-peer debriefing, support groups/mentoring, and rounding.
Responsibilities include triage and assessment, monitoring vital signs, stabilization and emergency interventions, medication administration, diagnostic testing and interpretation, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, documentation and charting, patient and family communication, infection control and department upkeep, and discharge planning and referrals.

Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
- BLS Certification
