The Triage Nurse answers incoming phone calls regarding patients. Consults with Head Nurse and/or physician to present patient's problem and resolve the problem or direct calls to appropriate person.

Requirements

RN License - licensed in the State of Residence
Current CPR certification
BLS certification (required upon hire or must be obtained within 30 days of employment)
Experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital
Clinic experience
Phone triage experience
Background check
Drug and nicotine screening
