Join as a Float Pool RN and make a difference by providing exceptional LDRP and Mother/Baby care across multiple locations. Responsibilities Include Delivering safe, high-quality nursing care and ensuring continuity across various units and patient populations. Integrating quickly into new care teams to maintain patient safety and operational flow. Supporting staffing needs by acting as interim clinical support during gaps. Performing assessments, administering treatments, and responding to patient condition changes. Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care. Modeling best practices, supporting system adoption, and mentoring unit staff. Providing consistent, high-quality care aligned with the organization’s mission. Qualifications Include Associate Degree (required), Bachelor’s Degree (preferred), with a BSN preferred. Two years of experience in a relevant specialty (e.g., Med Surg, Tele, Critical Care, ED, Women’s). Current compact licensure in the appropriate state. Completion of facility-specific curricula within 3 months for certain units. Effective communication, critical thinking, computer literacy, and patient age-specific care skills. Ability to complete cardiac dysrhythmia training and NIH Stroke Scale certification. Specialty certification within two years preferred.
