GS-12 - At least one (1) or more full years of professional nursing experience equivalent to a GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks: Experience in implementing, analyzing, coordinating and evaluating multi-service clinical software applications in a hospital or clinic setting; experience coordinating services at advanced level of competence in nursing involving direct nursing care and/or developing innovative nursing techniques, practices, and approaches. Experience evaluating, managing and developing solutions to program failures following implementation of software patches. Experience teaching and training end-users regarding clinical software applications. The primary purpose is to improve patient care through the use of automation tools such as the computerization of clinical information to improve the standard of direct patient care. You must meet all qualification requirements within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement.
