About this role
Westchester Village is an innovative, beautiful, 5 star, boutique style senior living community. We are seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing to join our team! The Director of Nursing is responsible for planning, coordinating and managing the nursing function in the Continuing Care Retirement Community. Responsibilities include supervising all nursing staff, overseeing nursing department budget, managing nurse leadership positions, assisting with hiring and onboarding, training, development and retention of nursing staff, communicating with physicians, residents, and family members, and participating in nursing on-call rotation.

Requirements
- RN
- Registered Nurse from an accredited college
- Currently licensed in the state without encumbrance
- Maintain professional licensure and CEU requirements
- At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a geriatric setting
- Current CPR certification
- BLS Certification
