Registered Nurse

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to post-surgical patients during night shifts.
• Monitor patient conditions closely, including vital signs and recovery progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in medical records.
• Educate patients and their families about post-operative care and recovery procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment adhering to all safety protocols.
• Ensure low nurse-to-patient ratios to deliver personalized attention and high-quality care.
• Participate in shift handovers and communicate effectively with incoming staff.

*Requirements*

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state or jurisdiction.
• Prior experience caring for post-surgical patients is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work full-time night shifts reliably.
• Strong clinical skills with attention to detail and patient safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work overtime if desired; guaranteed hours are provided.
