- Provide comprehensive nursing care to post-surgical patients during night shifts.
- Monitor patient conditions closely, including vital signs and recovery progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in medical records.
- Educate patients and their families about post-operative care and recovery procedures.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment adhering to all safety protocols.
- Ensure low nurse-to-patient ratios to deliver personalized attention and high-quality care.
- Participate in shift handovers and communicate effectively with incoming staff.
*Requirements*
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state or jurisdiction.
- Prior experience caring for post-surgical patients is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work full-time night shifts reliably.
- Strong clinical skills with attention to detail and patient safety.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work overtime if desired; guaranteed hours are provided.
