- Current RN licensure in the State the teammate practices (or LPN)
- Graduate of an accredited School of Registered Professional Nurses
- No experience required
- CPR training for staff
- Physical ability: full range of body motion, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for extensive periods
- Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, on call
