We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Unit Manager to join our nursing leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care and leading a team in a fast-paced, resident-centered environment.
The RN Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and positive outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned nursing unit.
Lead, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
Ensure residents receive high-quality, individualized care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
Monitor clinical documentation and maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Conduct rounds and address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve the highest standards of care.
Assist with admissions, discharges, and care plan meetings.
Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
Maintain survey readiness and support regulatory compliance efforts.
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead a team with professionalism and compassion.
