RN Registered Nurse
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized nursing care to residents in accordance with their unique needs and preferences
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team and other healthcare professionals
Collaborate with other departments, such as therapy and dietary, to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and progress

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
Prior experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in long term care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
