Requirements
- Active nursing license in the State of Connecticut
- Active nursing license in the State of Connecticut, required. RN preferred.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance/Improvement processes, required.
- Bachelors or Associate degree in a health care related field, preferred.
- Experience in a supervisory position in long-term care, preferred. Must have at least 2 years long-term care experience.
- At least 3 months experience completing MDS and MDS training program or equivalent experience and knowledge of PPS, preferred.
